Chris Vail and his company Lew & Huey are launching a new watch model and it’s debuting on Kickstarter now. The Legends Racer watch is a racing-theme watch inspired by legendary designs and competitive spirit of weekend racers.
The watch comes in bold colors with racing stripes and curved windshield display crystal with rally strap. Fans of Lew & Huey were asking for a Tag Heuer Monaco inspired square-cased racing watch. Lew & Huey deliver what the fans want with it’s new racing watch.
The watch features an automatic self winding Calibre 8217 movement from Miyota/Citizen with a 24-hr gauge at 9 o’clock. The applied hour indices and hands contain luminescent pain which glows a bright blue in the dark. The hands are pinstriped to color-coordinate with the dial and stitching of the strap. The case has vertical brushing that resembles wood-grain. The scratch resistant sapphire crystal is arched from 9 to 3 just like a car’s windshield. In addition the watch is water resistant to 100 meters.

Smith & Bradley has created the ultimate tactical watch called the Sans-13. The company designed the watch after conducting hundreds of field interviews with members of law enforcement and the armed forces.
The biggest critiqued of existing tactical watches on the market was the fact many lume on the hands and dial of the watch, often tritium, was simply too bright and could compromise a position. Smith & Bradley solved this by developing Lume Tech technology that provides better lume without the overbearing brightness of tritium.
The Sans-13 is powered by Swiss Quartz movement, 43mm case, 200 meters water resistance and PVD coated case. Other features include Sapphire Crystal, One-Directional rotating 90 clicks, rubber strap and your choice of Nato straps.
